This polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF resin) FV900 series, fluorocarbon thermoplastics, has the feature of good thermal resistance, outstanding chemical resistance and toughness. Due to its advantages of high abrasion resistance, excellent weathering resistance and high dielectric strength enable (PVDF) resin to be popular at home and abroad. Even under the irradiations of ultraviolet and nuclear, it is still extremely stable. Besides, this product can work under a wide range of temperature (-50℃ to +150℃) and can be dissolved in some polar solvents.

PVDF Resin

PVDF Resin (Polyvinylidene Fluoride Resin)

Using some conventional methods can easily process PVDF resin, like compression molding, extrusion and injection, etc. The temperature ranging from 190℃ to 300℃ is recommended. In addition, at the temperature above 316℃, the resin will decompose so that it can be processed safely. PVDF resins is suitable for many industries, including chemical process equipment, electrical and electronic industry etc.

Shanghai FluoronTM Chemicals is a professional manufacturer of PVDF resin (polyvinylidene fluoride resin) in China. Apart from fluorinated resin and emulsion, we also suppler fluorinated monomer and fine chemicals, FVMQ pre-compound and compound, PTFE hydrophobic and hydrophilic membrane, PTFE soft seal, PTFE micronized powder, and fluoro resin. Presently, our company has established stable trading relationship with many countries and regions globally, including America, French, Brazil, Korea, Colombia, Argentina, Iran, Israel and so on.
